Fruit SeaSon!
Buses full of enthusiastic young people ready to process fruit roll through the gates of Gleanings. Bins must first be painted to identify who they belong to – “GLEANINGS”. Of course, donated buckets must be cleaned in order to store the dried fruit for shipment. And then, it’s thumbs up as the fruit rolls through each station of the plant to be processed and the next day laid out in the California sun to dry. Thank you to each person who makes the journey to serve with us to feed the hungry of the world. You are appreciated!
