Monday, Wings of Faith volunteers, Kevin King, pilot, and Tom Leedom, President, flew to Gleanings For The Hungry, located in the San Joaquin Valley, north of Fresno, CA, to visit with Bruce Eckhoff, director of procurement and distribution. Gleanings is a non-profit organization dedicated to feeding the hungry all over the world, both physically and spiritually.
The morning was spent touring the 17 acre facility and sharing in fellowship. In the afternoon Kevin and Tom joined Bruce and other Gleaning folks for a wonderful God filled lunch prepared by the volunteers. With gratitude, Tom presented Bruce with a framed collage of pictures illustrating Wings of Faith and Gleanings partnership in serving the Lord.
